Automatic installation

Find HOCON Syntax Highlighting in Sublime's Package Control

Manual installation

Locate your Packages folder (~/Library/Application\ Support/Sublime\ Text\ 3/ for OSX)
Add a folder HOCON to your Packages folder and drop the HOCON.tmLanguage file into it.
Restart Sublime Text

Highlighting

String literals ("foo bar")
Durations (10s, 10ms, 10ns, 10m)
