Syntax Highligting for ARFF

Working with Weka needed syntax highligting ARFF for Sublime Text 2 and not found. Well, here is the language file and JSON file to generate it again.

Installation

You can easily install this plugin using Sublime Package Control.

Or just copy the files into your sublime text packages directory.

In Sublime Text 2 > Preferences > Package Browse > create a new folder (ARFF)
