Open TortoiseHg Workbench
This package adds a command to the command palette and the side bar context
menu to open the TortoiseHg workbench in the directory of the current file or
the right-clicked directory, respectively. On Windows, the TortoiseHg path is
read from the registry; on other systems, thg is run from the system PATH.
Alternatively, you can set tortoisehg_command in the user preferences file.
