Setup key binding

Writing custom snippets
- Open fixes:
- Menu: Preferences -> Package Settings -> Postfixer -> Snippets
- or Open command palette -> search 'Postfixer: Snippets'
- Edit snippets and save file
- Reload snippets:
- Menu: Preferences -> Package Settings -> Postfixer -> Reload Snippets
- or Open command palette -> search 'Postfixer: Reload Snippets'
