Quickly create new or edit existing Azure resource manager templates with Sublime Text 2/3 with syntax highlighting, snippets and much more !

Installation

  • Using Package Control (recommended): Press Ctrl + Shift + P and Install Package then Azure Resource Manager

  • Clone the repo into your Packages folder: git clone https://github.com/GillesZunino/Sublime-AzureResourceManager.git AzureResourceManager

Activating Sublime Azure Resource Manager

Sublime Azure resource manager is activating by selecting the “Azure Resource Manager” syntax with one of the following:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + P and Set Syntax: Azure Resource Manager
  • Right click at the bottom of the document and select Azure Resource Manager
  • Sublime Text menu: View -> Syntax -> Azure Resource Manager

Snippets

When in Azure resource manager mode, the following snippets can be used to quickly insert or surround existing text with Azure resource manager template items. Simply start typing one of the snippet short-hand below:

Comment / Un-comment

Quickly comment / un-comment sections of an Azure resource manager template with:
